How do I book an apartment?
Choose the apartment of your choice and send us your request for availability through the appropriate form, or send us a simple email.
In the application form of availability, will they ask me for my credit card details ?
No, the details of the card will be required only at time of booking.
In your apartment is it possible to stay only for one night?
Usually the minimum stay required is three nights, but if there is availability for a night we will be happy to please you.
Is it possible to rent a car?
Yes, you can rent a car at the airport and also at the station
Where can I find the rules of Travelrents?
The rules are in Travelrents page (terms and conditions)
What is included in the price of the apartment?
The rent includes : water, gas and electricity.
I have to leave the apartment clean when i check out?
No it's all included in price.
I must to pay a fee for final cleaning?
Some apartments may require a fee for final cleaning. In this case it will be communicate by Travelrents at the moment of your request of availability.
How can I pay the deposit to Travelrents?
The payment of the deposit may be paid by bank transfer, credit cards and Paypal.
To whom should I give the remaining payment?
The remaining payment must be made in cash or check to the caretaker of the apartment.
Which currency is accepted?
The final payment must be made only in Euro
How can I reach the apartment?
All the apartments are connected with public transport however you can take a taxi at the airports and stations.
Can I request a private car for the check-in and / or check-out?
Yes, you can request it directly to Travelrents a pick-up service at the time of booking.
Who gives to me the keys of the apartment?
The keys will be delivered by the caretaker of the apartment at arrival.
Pets are accepted in the apartment?
In some apartments are accepted pets, but it must be notified at the time of your request for availability.
