Procedure of booking
a)
Contact Travelrents to
verify the availability of the
requested apartment.
b)
Subsequently, you will
receive an e-mail confirming the
availability of you requested
apartment or the other possible
available alternatives. The e-mail
will include a link which contains a
request form which must be
completed in order to freeze the
selected apartment for 48 hours. The
form will include all payment
options.
c)
From the moment you receive
the request form the
apartment will be frozen for 48
hours,within this time you can
decide whether to book the apartment
by making the requested
deposit.After 48 hours if the
deposit has not been made the
apartment will no longer be frozen
and there no longer will be
guaranteed availability.
d)
In case payment is made
through bank deposit,confirmation of
the transaction must be sent through
e-mail or fax with a copy of the
receipt attached.
e)
Once we have received
confirmation of payment we will
confirm your reservation contacting
you via e-mail with an enclosed
voucher.
f)
The voucher, as it is your
proof of booking,is to be
conserved and presented upon
arrival.
2)
Procedure of payment
a)
The deposit to be made to
Travelrents,which varies from
apartment to apartment,will be
communicated while you are booking .
b)
The deposit can be made with
either credit card (through
paypal ) or through bank deposit
(in Banking ).
c)
The remaining payment is to
be made upon arrival to the person
responsible for the apartment and is
to be made only in cash and in
Euros.
3) Check
in-Check out
a)
All information regarding
check-in is given on your voucher.
b)
Check-in hours vary from
apartment to apartment and will be
communicated to the client.
c)
Arrival time must be
communicated to Travelrents so as
to inform the person who is
responsible for the apartment.
d)
Change of day or time must
be communicated to Travelrents by
the client.If the client lacks to do
so,Travelrents is lifted from all
responsibility.
4)
Politics and procedures of
cancellation
a)
In case of cancellation from
the client no less than 30 days
upon arrival,Travelrents will
reimburse the entire deposit,except
a penalty of 10% of the entire
amount of the stay.
b)
In case of cancellation from
the client less than 30 days upon
arrival,Travelrents will not
reimburse the deposit and the client
will have to pay the entire amount
of the stay.
c)
In case of cancellation from
Travelrents,the client may choose
another apartment,depending upon
availability, or ask for a full
refund.
d)
In case the client does not
show up at arrival the entire amount
will be owed by the client.
5) Change of
reservation
a)
In case of deferred arrival
or anticipated departure,for
whichever reason, the whole amount
of the stay will be owed.
b)
In case of extended
stay,prior to arrival the client
must inform Travelrens in order to
verify availability.In case there is
no availability, the client can
choose to prolong his stay in
another apartment depending
always upon availability.
c)
In case of extended stay
after arrival,the client will have
to verify availability through
the person responsible for the
apartment.
d)
In case there is an
increase in the number of people
staying in the apartment, prior
arrival the client must inform
Travelrents. An increased amount
of money will be applied
subsequently in relation to thew
number of people staying in the
apartment.However,the number of
people must not exceed the maximum
number allowed in the apartment.
e)
In case there is an increase
of people after arrival,it must be
communicated solely to the person
responsible for the apartment.
f)
In case of there is a
decrease in the number of people
booked in the apartment.If it is
communicated within 30 days
prior to arrival,the client will
be reimbursed the difference.
6) Modality
of use of the structure.
a) In case
cases,a security deposit may be
asked for possible damages whose
amount may vary from apartment to
apartment.This amount must be
delivered in cash or in Traveller’s
cheques directly to the person
responsible for the apartment and
will be returned when checking out.The
amount of the
deposit,however,will be communicated
during the booking procedure and
written in the voucher.
b) The reserved
apartment , will be delivered in
perfect condition and ready for
the number of people established
on the voucher.
c) In case of
damages during the stay, the client
will be held exclusively
responsible.
e)
In case of damage or
malfunctions upon arrival,the
client must immediately report it to
the person responsible for the
apartment,who is the person solely
responsible for the apartment.
7) Particular
requirements
a) Any kind
of particular requirements or
services not expressively included
must be asked to the Travelrents
at the moment of the booking.
8)
Responsibility of the
Travelrents
a) At the moment of the
arrival the responsibility passes
from the client to the
person responsible of the
apartment.
b)
Travelrents is not
responsible in case of:
thefts,fires,accidents and anything
else which can happen inside the
apartment.
9)
Jurisdiction
a)
In case of any controversy
between the Travelrents and the
client the jurisdiction will be of
the court of Rome.
b)
Travelrents reserves the
rights to modify these terms and
conditions.
